I "STRONGLY" believe . There needs to be global over sight regarding animal welfare, particularly within member nations of the EU and the USA an world over. It's about time that countries were held accountable for the flagrant abuses against animals that take place within their borders. In fact, this type of global legislation is long over due. A global animal welfare initiative must also provide provisions for the capture and prosecution of internet animal crimes, which are now an epidemic like the one who killed peanut the kitten and Yamuk the stray cat in turkey, NO excuses, NO exception. NO country shall be exempt. =^..^=
